The city as a museum
Fundación Azcona is implementing a programme that donates works of art to universities and institutions. These works —mainly sculptures— by renowned Spanish artists are found in prominent locations across the urban landscape. We envision the city as a museum without walls, open 24 hours a day. A museum for everyone to enjoy.
The sculptures Greco II, by Rafael Canogar, and Guitarra n.º 21, by Pablo Serrano, are already part of that open-air museum in the streets of Oviedo.

Best Published Art Book Awards 2019
The catalogue raisonné ‘Joan Brossa (visual poetry 1941-1970)’ includes the visual and experimental work of the catalan artist that has not been reproduced in serigraphs.
The first prize from the Spanish Ministry of Culture and Sports’ acknowledges and rewards the book’s “great difficulty in binding, its amazing study work and impeccable layout.”
Best Aragonese art book 2023 award
The Aragonese Association of Art Critics awarded this prize to Salvador Victoria's raisonné 'The graphic circle. Complete graphic work (1967-1994)', written by Alfonso de la Torre, under the editorial direction of the March Foundation, and co-edited by the Salvador Victoria Museum in Rubielos de Mora, the Teruel Museum, the IAACC Pablo Serrano in Zaragoza, the Museo de Arte Abstracto Español-Fundación Juan March and the Azcona Foundation.
